I love it! Although I do wish wearing a mask when you're actively sick was part of the campaign too - of course, that is extremely idealist of me.

We are in desperate need of many PSAs, in my opinion. High on my list is don't litter......

Something better is on its way! That's what these disappointing moments have taught me. Hang in there!

Agreed 100%. And they seem to think we're too stupid to see the obvious logical flaws in their racist bullshit

"Seance technician" 😂😂😂

Exactly. It's a great argument to embrace immigrants! Turns out we NEED them - total shocker 😑

I was just wondering about this... I'm so tired of cyclical protein crazes 😮‍💨

It's the same crap on Small Business Administration pages. Took these screenshots yesterday

I'm looking forward to this article, too!

In my patients, I often see protein obsession rooted in a desire for weight loss. I think that's missing from this article.

Also, people more versed in this topic than I have highlighted how a rise in fascism leads to a rise in body monitoring & fatphobia. This is another link worth noting

It's so important that we don't forget!

That sounds like a good option! My local bulk store recently started stocking corn flakes with no sugar added. I'm obsessed

Cereal! Add nuts, fruit, and/or fiber powder for a nutrient boost that keeps you fuller for longer. My faves are corn flakes and Cheerios because there are many different tasty added ingredients

Agreed 100%. I don't have celiac, but when I eat gluten regularly, I explode in psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and start losing weight (something I do NOT need - I've had blood work suggesting that it triggers hyperthyroidism for me). I can eat some here & there, but regular consumption destroys me

Straight up wolves in sheep clothing...

Oooh thank you so much for sharing this! My partner is Puerto Rican and I'm so excited to learn more about his Taíno roots. I will definitely be reading!

Oooh custard texture sounds amazing! I'll have to try that 🤤

So interesting! One of my poor patients wasted money on a hair test to identify food sensitivities... 🤥
