The director asked the child if he knew why he wasn’t taken into the sky, to which, the child replied, yes, and explained that it was because he wouldn’t let his dog go the last time.

The child asked the director why he himself didn’t get raptured, and in response, the director nodded, intimating that he knew but was reluctant to say.

But this particular rapture (there had been multiple, previously) only took the dog, who the child released, and watched, smiling, as it flew into the air until it disappeared into the sky.
