Yes! The potential is there within autistic people just like everyone else. But it's realising these strengths that sometimes gets lost in the mix. I have just found a funding source that will cover the cost of helping persons with autism find work in the UK. But people don't know it's available 🫣

It is very frustrating, as I have just been given funding to offer job seekers with autism free mentoring to help find a job. But people just don't know this is available!

We have mentored persons at work with autism - who have been awarded access to work funding. Do you have any kind of formal diagnosis? Has your access to work application been approved yet?
Also, it depends what kinds of adjustments you have requested?
