Fair, but still different purposes for both types of guns. The PAT guns are for wood to concrete applications (baseplates into slabs) while the nail gun Snoop came in with was for wood to wood.

Though hilarious, this is bad advice. The powder actuated guns are only useful at point blank range (think No County For Old Men cattle gun). The best choice would have been a battery framing nailer with the new lithium ion batteries. Those ni-cad batteries really were trash.
