What bird is this? Clearly eaten by some sort of hawk but a little bit left. Morgan helped out that the brown might be from a hatch year bird, but that color definitely threw me

I know multiple well-awarded ecology PhDs who have gone to colossal. Makes a shit ton of money to do nothing and I’m worried about jobs in ag and conservation lol it’s just funny
Of course mainstream media keeps rolling over for Colossal, providing uncritical hype and coverage in exchange for exclusivity and “wow.” What Colossal is doing is wrong and they can’t even deliver what they promise. How many times do we have to go over this?

I think what I didn’t realize about getting off my medication (which is good and I finally fucking made it) is how sad I would be. Like a whole nother thing to work through

Spoke too soon lol! Still off of it but definitely not feeling well
After 4 months after learning that I was taking way too much lorazepam, I am finally off of it and feeling so much more like myself and feeling so much better

I know I keep talking about it and I’m also already annoyed but have been throwing up for 12 hours now😭 and I’m so so thirsty (also had a psychiatry meeting this morning and they know about this)

I got asked to review a paper that I do think I’m particularly qualified to review. They say stuff that *I* think in answered a bit in my old papers (which is fine!) but is it frowned upon to suggest my papers in the review? I honestly think it’d be helpful - not just looking for a cite
