VAR really has taken the fun out of football - I thought it was a goal but had to hold off on my joy, in case someone saw something I didn't.

I don't know what it is with Guillermo del Toro. He's a filmmaker I've adored in the past, but none of his last 3 films (Nightmare Alley, Pinocchio, Frankenstein) have done anything for me. Maybe it's me that's changed?

His "geezer" accent in Moon Knight was terrible, but people insisted it was intentional, as it was part of the character's dissociative identity disorder, but watching Frankenstein is making me think he's just bad at English accents.

But I'm also currently wondering if there were any regulations about using safety glass in construction in LA in 1988.

Also: those age gaps... 👀
