As the years go by, I care less and less about what others think about how I deal with my own issues. When they ask "you ok?" and I tell them the REAL answer, it seems to shock most of them.
As long as my answer helps ME, that's the response they'll get.
I guess years of physical pain will do that.

This may be a regional term and not in common usage.

My wife LOVES Yves Rocher products, but they're very difficult to obtain in the UK since Brexit. A shame.
