I saw a TBM share this on their Instagram story today. It made me think about how the church is a huge culprit in why Mormons have a hard time with emotional regulation. The reason? Constantly wondering if their feelings or thoughts come from the devil or the Holy Ghost.

When I read this, I think about the hours & hours my mom has dedicated to Family Search. She would spend every sacrament meeting looking for names & then telling us afterward of how it made her feel so good doing work for the dead.
It makes me angry at these people bc they use good people like her.
