You'd have to be an insane megalomaniac to look at a net worth of $100 billion and think "I deserve this. I did the work necessary to earn that much money." A sane, moral person would not allow themselves to become that rich while others starve. For that reason, there are no good billionaires.

There are no good billionaires because holding onto a billion dollars while others starve is an immoral act. Only a narcissist would believe that they, a single person, deserve billions of dollars. Any money beyond that point serves only to inflate a person's ego and manipulate democracy.
