I think a good PhD application is a ticket to a lottery now. The policy, the panel members and crucially the other applications in the same round are not under my control.

The EMA has limited azithromycin’s approved uses in the EU to reduce #AMR, removing some indications like acne and H. pylori. A new warning advises clinicians to consider local resistance before prescribing.
