Today House Republicans, cheered on by the richest person on Earth, passed a budget framework that will cut support for the poorest people in our country.

All while cutting taxes for corporations and the wealthy, and massively increasing the deficit.

I saw people chanting “tax the rich” at a republican town hall. There is a lot of talk about the democrats not finding a relatable message to unify the party. I think this could be it! Where can I get my hat/T-shirt?

I care deeply about who Michigan will elect as Governor and send to the U.S. Senate next year, but I have decided against competing in either race.

I wrote more here about my decision and how I view the work required of us all in this moment:

Anyone want to bet that no one looks at the email responses that Musk asked for ?

It requires too much manpower and organization. Even w/AI

He will hold them in the event he has an interaction with someone.

If so, he can look up their response or lack of, and use it as cause for action.

If we do get a $5,000 check as a result of “Trusk”’s pillaging of federal accounts, I say we should endorse all or part of it over to democratic candidate(s) for congress! 😆

Democrats must make clear that, of course, we believe in changing government for the better - and show how different that is from Trump's destruction of government's capacity to protect workers, consumers, and families.
