Instead of concentrating on the shooter's dysphoria and blaming "mental illness" for the shooting, if transphobia were treated as the actual mental illness in the Catholic church & EVERYWHERE, trans people would not be inspired to shoot up Christian religious inst'ns.

Interestingly, in a mass murder incident in Nova Scotia, Canada, a couple of years ago, the killer did exactly that. It took him a couple of years, but it fooled everyone.
