I'm wondering just how long the SCOTUS will wait before overruling T v USA when some other guy is in office. The possibility of dangerous overreach by POTUS directly harming them is no longer a threat, and they made it very hard to prosecute the office-holder, either in or out.

I hate to use "Not in my backyard" as a reason to pull Republicans into preventing these centers, but we can't convince them with arguments about cruelty and concentration camps, so...

He's always sitting in shit. Most of the time, this is metaphorical, as in, "he made his bed and now must lie in it." Some of the time, it's literal, since he did a lot of stimulants in the 80s & 90s, and he is now a very old man.

I can't remember if responses to a committee have to be responsive or not. In deposition, you can force a responsive answer via the judge's ruling. Can I reply to all of Jim Jordan's questions with random bird facts until he uses all his time?
