as some who works wonky hours (late morning to evenings and nights), having 2-4 minute wait times all day for the subway has saved me a lot of time.
I haven't had to wait more than 5 min for a train on line 2 these past 2 weeks

if americans (and canadians, etc) paid fair taxes relative to the cost of service upkeep to their household, suddenly low-density car centric sprawl would be far less appealing.
