Searching for flow as an OSR DM, and finding there's more of it with tech assist.

DM = Dungeon Mother to nourish your inner child
Gorgeous! So you had the object already 'created' algebraically, and Claude was able to 'translate' that into OpenSCAD?

@blackdragoncan.bsky.social 's Boots of Hill Giant tracks, make me think of magical offcuts. Rare and exotic monster ingredients are used to make prime magics like gauntlets and girdles of strength for #Dnd #OSR #TTRPG characters, so there's opportunity to use the leftover feet.

For a skill like "find traps" to be a specific %, there has to be a standard trap which is judged at that number.

The trap which comes after "Welcome to the house of traps" sign, beyond "Traps ahead!", and which is labelled in fluoro paint "This is a trap" should not be judged at that %.

Non-fighter provide awesome support, although it's rarely seen in RPG's. The real world Genoese Crossbowmen are an inspiration here - each was aasisted by a reloader and a shield bearer.

Just a taste of it: I love how the warhammer is effective (35%) against plate and poor against light armor (25%), so it makes sense to carry a light weapon as well.

Ity's ironic that RPG creators find so much fault with AI for copying and failing to give credit when that tactic has been used by Gygax and his corporate successors since 1975.
