You are allowed to request payment in full at any time during your grant period - even if your funded program hasn't happened yet - as long as you have outlaid expenses at least double your grant amount (e.g. if your grant is $25K, you may request after spending at least $50K)

I don't know what this means for the amount of funding itself. I don't know if it's responsible to speculate about what the new guidelines will include (or, probably more accurately, *exclude*), but I do know how to read patterns, and I am deeply concerned.

Notably, the office hours posted back in December were listed as "meeting postponed" this morning as of 11:06 am Eastern Time.
