This sounds amazing and I will be finding a way to watch this stateside! Tucker and Dale is one of my favorite movies and I make my freshman college writing students watch it. Could be so cool to use both films in the classroom in tandem!

Thank you! I’m so glad you’ve added that Dune quote (Herbert inspires so much of my work!). I think “Scavengers Reign” really highlights the tensions between humanity and planetary survival. I love how it argues people must learn to live with the planet instead of conquering it.
