This is fucking bullshit. I have been my department's Diversity and Inclusion rep for a year. I don't even live stateside. I used the opportunity to do coworker field trips and outings for Korean cultural exchange stuff. Now I can face firing or worse for doing these trips. Fuck this.

It's pretty good. But it is pretty main quest-driven. The stuff you can do on the side is fun, though. And some of the DLCs give you more options to do stuff. But the story is worth it, imo. And the world is pretty immersive. I am impatiently waiting to pour another 300 hours into the sequel.
