Submitted my #Shipaton entry, and a new version for my app in the App Store.

The most recent version Minder introduces an onboarding flow and features Mindy, a sea turtle friend who brightens as you stay consistent with your Minders.

Minder is on the App Store, and this is just the beginning!

I put a lot of work in the random notifications algorithm.

Now it’s time to add personality, and I would love your feedback! 🧵

Just submitted my app for review! 💖

Next up I will add stats and the mascot, but I need to have the app store link ready for the #Shipaton 🤞

A small list of the resources I used to prepare the assets in 🧵

The very first version of Minder is now on TestFlight 🎉

It nudges you with mindful random reminders through the day. Some examples of Minders you can create:

- Where’s my attention right now?
- Drink some water
- What am I grateful for right now?

Building apps is more than coding, it’s planning for the future.

Last week I:

📌 Processed 20+ user insights
💰 Estimated my app's value ($30–40K 👀)
🤖 Explored possible SwiftData models with help of AI

I’m sharing all the lessons on YouTube 🧵

The flaws only showed up once I put Minder (the app I am building) in front of people. User testing interviews changed how I’ll launch this app. Full story in 🧵

Hey #Shipaton! If you are also working on your first iOS app, be sure everything is set and ready with your Apple Dev. account.

After reading the newsletter #72 from Sebastian Röhl. I decided to prioritize setting up everything related to subscription and enrollment.

I was stuck. Making little progress across all my projects.

Recently, a friend taught me how to juggle. Literally 🤹
Last week, I learned about Intentional Imperfection from the Tiny Experiments book.

Now, everything makes sense! 🧵

Do you want to try #macOS26 but don't want to install the beta on your main machine?

You can set it up in a Virtual Machine! This way your Mac stays untouched.

I tried out VirtualBuddy and it’s surprisingly easy. You install the app and then it guides you through!

I just tested the new Dia browser. I think the AI features have potential, but it is missing many features, and the delightful UI Arc has. Sure, some of it will improve over time.

Now that Arc is now in maintenance mode. What macOS browser do you recommend?

In the episode 320 of Under the Radar Marco and David shared useful #WWDC25 tips for developers.

As a new iOS Dev, one tip I am excited about is installing the new beta on an old iPhone! 🤩

This distinction between Chronos and Kairos time stuck with me. I’m Chronos-driven: routines, time-blocking, structure. But when my wife got sick this week, shifting to Kairos time freed me to drop the schedule and be fully present without the burden of guilt.

🥶 A layoff is like a cold shower you didn't see coming.

A mix of self-care, reflection, and determination is needed to regain balance.

Here’s what helped me rebuild. 🧵

💡 Job security is a myth… even if you’re hitting all the marks.

Here's a mix of what I did and what I wish I had done before getting laid off.

This thread will give you ideas on how to prepare for the unexpected and act from a freedom mindset 🧵

I've been reflecting on my layoff experience.
I was lucky to have done some prep work (without knowing it.)

Today and tomorrow, I’ll share two threads about what worked for me:
1️⃣ What to do before a layoff
2️⃣ How to rebuild after

Feedback welcomed 👇

Do people write intros when they join a social network? Or am I just too old?

I guess something is better than an empty TL. Especially when I start following people 😁
