Do you agree with his take on changing the provisions about affordable housing requirements? I know that affordable housing regulations can often backfire and lead to less housing being built, but I don’t know enough about the details to know if his recommendation is the right one.

The one I struggle with most is “what’s new?” when I haven’t seen someone in a while. I never know what is important enough to merit inclusion in the answer. Seems like everyone always talks about their kids, but I don’t have young kids, so…
