I'm pleased that at House 337 we have apprenticeship pathways into the creative industry. And that we support work with local inner-city schools. But there is much more we as an industry, as a company and I personally can and should do.

Creativity requires a diversity of thinking and of voices.

And these barriers start early. Degrees are still required for most roles, and barriers exist to access to degrees for these young people too. Compounding the problem. There is much we can do as an industry at point of entry, but we also need to support diverse pathways to the creative industries
