So i have #POTS and #PCOS, and it’s debilitating. I have no idea how to manage it or take care of myself, my body just hurts all the time and i have no energy. Im on birth control for the PCOS but i have no idea what to do for my POTS. Does anyone have any tips for this? Im struggling here.
