Gabriel Zucker and I have some advice for state leaders wondering what comes next after Direct File. Rather than copying DF itself, we should learn from *how* the IRS built with taxpayers and created an experience that only the IRS could deliver. (1/3)

Downloaded Microsoft Copilot after the Super Bowl ad and had a funny interaction where I asked how it was different from ChatGPT and it started telling me the ways in which it was better (eg free gpt4 access) and then stopped mid-answer and replaced its own output.
