Hit them HARD and OFTEN. Shoulders recovery relatively quickly, so as long as you are alternating which part of the shoulder you are hitting, you can and should be hitting them 4-5x a week. Training like that paired with intentional protein intake has helped me build my shoulder pauldrons (2/2)
