I used to do this too! However, these foods always made me feel very unhealthy and would affect my studies! I found that eating healthy is the best not only for the body but the mind as well! Thanks for sharing!😄 #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I agree! It's definitely difficult to make a major life/diet change to improve one's health. I think that Tom Carroll's journey is quite impressive and admirable. It's really important to be understanding towards ppl facing this, and make sure to not judge!🫣 #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I agree! There are other factors that play into obesity such as genetics and economic challenges! James Corden did a great job at addressing the "fat shaming" issue, and I believe we should all be more aware of multiple factors before jumping to conclusions!🫣 #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

This is so relatable! I also find it difficult to prep and cook food when my schedule is so packed with school obligations! Sometimes I also settle for fast food, which is not the best option in terms of health benefits😪 #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I've always wondered how supplements are so easily accessible, and why people are so willing to believe and ingest these pills! The reality is that these pills could actually be related to a higher risk of death, so we have to be very careful of what we consume! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social
