Kinda old hat.These fantasies are based on medieval Eng. and as Twain said one of the causes of the CW was that too many Southern men read Ivanhoe. This "Cavalier Myth" gave us Southern chivalry, the Lost Cause, & various white supremacy groups with "Knights" in their title. They've just added orcs.

That's a much better idea than mine: Bond makes a deal with the literal devil to bring his dead aunt back to life and to make his identity secret again. But it costs him his marriage! Fans would love that.
