And Judge Boasberg isn't wasting any time -- order just hit this morning directing parties to be ready to talk about what's next in the contempt inquiry at a hearing later this week

DOJ starts to say that the government doesn’t think he should proceed at all.

Boasberg interrupts: “I will be going forward with it. … What steps do you think I should take?”

“By Monday,” Boasberg wants proposals on how to proceed, including potential witnesses to testify.

Boasberg names Mr. Reuveni and Mr. Ensign as examples of people he expects to be on the list, noting that more could come.

“I certainly intend to find out what happened on that day.”
