wow, I'm sorry, I never had the support team not helping me. Worst I had was them just linking the documentation without explanation (but I was the problem as the answer really was in the doc).
What did they say when you managed to talk to them ? They are maybe waiting for an answer from you ?

Hey! The documentation specifies that you cannot change the release date up to two weeks before the specified date.
Have you tried contacting support ? They are usually fast to answer and quite helpful.
