that's awesome. Gosh I miss running too. I had to stop after a hip injury and the instant arthritis that caused. Just on 6 weeks post a hip replacement (after 13 years). I won't ever run again but it's awesome to know someone else has been able to get back to it. Which shoes did you get?

Thanks. Really missing the gym and being able to bend and stretch though 😂. Now at end of week 6 and should be cleared to drive and move more freely 🙏

yah, hoping to get this sorted in the coming days. Could not get an extension for mum's respite and she's more than ready to come home lol. Cats come home next Monday. I miss everyone!

Just a bit concerned that I have the cats and mum coming home next week. It's a bit soon for mum but thems the breaks with respite care. Hopefully I get some assistance in caring for mum sorted before she gets home.

Today is Day 13 and I went for a walk around the block. Pacing myself so I progress but without overdoing it. Still have some post op pain to deal with.
