Congratulations to @icrar.bsky.social PhD student, Amy Attwater, for the publication of her MAUVE-MUSE paper on star formation-driven outflows in satellite galaxies. 🎉 Feedback may be more important than previous thought for quenching galaxies in clusters. arxiv.org/abs/2512.10574

Very nice piece. Relevant also for how the field of scientific research is changing www.abc.net.au/news/2025-03...
Our AI future isn't conscious robots with lethal ambition. It might be worse
The future rarely unfolds like we expect. Although Hollywood has given us plenty of technological tropes to worry about, our AI future is much more mundane and much more insidious.

Our dark Universe detective 🕵️ Euclid has discovered a stunning Einstein ring! 💍

It surrounds galaxy NGC 6505, which is acting as a gravitational lens, bending light from a distant galaxy behind it.

Why is this rare phenomenon so useful for scientists? 👉
