3/ Thanks to their treatments, exercises and advice my knee improved a lot. It wasn't easy, but my leg made progress fairly quickly. Shortly after that, I managed to do everything I needed during my Everest expedition 😊. I'm very grateful for all their guidance and help. Thank you very much! ❤️

2/ A few weeks before the expedition, I went to Slovakia and I had several physiotherapy sessions with the team from mojefyzio.sk. We have been working together for over a year and so far they've been able to provide me with very helpful services for a variety of issues.

6/ During a mission, we would be so used to living in a modest way without using any money that encounters with a huge variety of options and people, and paying for things, became a shock for us when we "returned to Earth".

4/ Even maintaining enough electricity for use during the mission was a challenge, since our primary source of power was the Sun through solar panels and "dust storms" on "the Moon" or "Mars" regularly deprived us of enough energy for our daily tasks 😅.

3/ We would only have a bucket "shower" once every two weeks to save on water and our astronaut-like food supply was very limited.

2/ Until then, crews will have to learn to manage their resources responsibly so that they can accomplish their long-duration missions successfully.

5/ On top of biology and geology, I also studied how the environment is changing in the Everest region due to climate change and pollution. People who call this area their home told my team and I that glaciers have been diminishing in size, and that the weather has been changing dramatically too.

4/ Around 50 to 60 million years ago, they were compressed and folded together when the Indian and Eurasian plates collided. Gradually, they were uplifted over millions of years even all the way up to the summit of Mount Everest!

3/ Near Everest, there is an interesting mixture of metamorphic, igneous and sedimentary rocks, including marine sediments. These sediments used to be on the floor of the Tethyan Ocean floor and on the northern margin of the Indian subcontinent.

2/ What I've been seeing on every continent during my Astro Seven Summits project is that life as we know it is heavily influenced by the sediments, rocks and minerals that are present in different environments.
