The latest in "confident stupidity" which has taken over the reins of the US federal government: this moronic lapdog actually thinks that 38 states will accede in the next three years to the ridiculous notion of an octogenarian Tr*mp being in office until 2033.

Science is huge collection of facts and sometimes the relationships between the facts get complicated. The USA has an incoming federal administration which will kowtow to fearful, ignorant people who are only able to handle simple explanations of the black-and-white sort.

If you are in a same-sex marriage and live in AL, AR, GA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, TN, or TX, do what is needed to legally protect yourself if the Supreme Court of the United States allows states to go back to banning your marriage.

As of 11/15, Trump had gotten less than half of the popular vote and is up by only 2M. Moreover, CA has only counted 93% as of 11/15/2024, so Harris is expected to gain another 1M in the popular vote.

Hardly a mandate for Trump. Don't believe what the partisan pundits and their followers say.

This is why I said we needed to hold off on the day-after hot takes about What The Election Means.

We still don’t have all the numbers but it’s clear any talk of a “mandate” was wildly overblown.

He won, yes. But only narrowly.
Donald Trump is now (1) below 50% popular vote and (2) has a margin of popular vote victory roughly HALF of Hillary's victory in 2016. They believe the left has to lay down and shut up because of this "landslide" victory.
