I went as Mo Xuanyu from MDZS. It was fun.

An exquisite, hyper-realistic night scene, depicting the cold pond of the Cloud Recesses. The pond is wide and surrounded by tall, thin trees. The water is clear and luminous, bluish-green in the light of a waning crescent moon, and a low, lush waterfall rushes into the pond. One can just make out the golden glow of a few lanterns in the distance. The mood is one of magic, serenity, and beauty.

Tattoo cover-up project complete, with two small neck tattoos engulfed by a much larger back piece over four sessions, totaling 20 hours.

I selected peonies and gentians (*waves to MDZS*), and the artist worked them into a gorgeous, Art Nouveau-inspired design. I adore the result.
