Baffled by this. That top comment is near identical to the bottom one, but the bottom one was hidden from me. How are these filters deciding one needs to be hidden?

Bizarre. Okay then quick version! Menu, Settings, Moderation, and then at the bottom there is a box called Bluesky Moderation Services. Looks like an info box but it is a link. Click that and you should see all your filters. Scroll down for ones like "Rude".

The "service" includes settings for hiding certain types of content, warning you that the skeet contains such content before you see it, or simply turning off the filter. If you've never been here before, you'll find things like "rude" or "threats" are set to "Hide".

Next select Settings, and then Moderation on the next screen. At the bottom of the Moderation page under "Advanced" is a section called "Bluesky Moderation Service" that looks like an info box. It in fact leads to more settings.

Here's how to turn it off.

Did a grown up thing.

The back of a shed. The shed is painted dark blue with white trim and has a boarded-up square window in the center of it, also paintef white.

The same shedz with the damaged siding torn off to reveal truly nasty plywood behind it.

The same shed with house wrap in place over all the areas where damaged siding was removed, including the area where the boarded up window used to be.

The same shed with new siding that matches the size of the old siding. There is undamaged old siding still in place at the top of the shed, still painted dark blue. The new siding is a light grey (but won't be for long).

I understand that we need to take action now, but we also need to make sure we steward every single dollar given in the most responsible way. We’re doing all we can to meet this moment, and will continue to be transparent and open with where every single dollar given, used, and donated.
Again, from the bottom of my heart: thank you. Thank you to everyone who has waited for their latte, to the grandmother in Ireland who emailed me and said she’d cook me dinner if I were ever in her city, and to the thousands of you who have given your money for this cause.

I love this story for so many reasons. It starts with just a guy doing what he can to help. He owns a coffeeshop, he says he'll give free breakfast. That post goes a bit viral and tons of people ask him to set up a donation link, which he does. I believe this video was from Wednesday.

I need to remind everyone of the Fashionable Battle of Frogs, by Kawanabe Kyōsai.
