Walking home to save money and get exercise, somehow in popping in to the shop to buy stamps has resulted in doughnuts, but they are cheaper than the fare saved so it's a net positive still right?

I found this Dragapult card on the ground when I was walking home, and as I was wearing a T-shirt with a Dragapult on it, had to pick it up. I don't know who has lost this card, I will carry it with me in the hopes of finding a dejected-looking person in purple walking around town.

A middle-aged man on the bus asked me if my shirt meant anything this morning, and if I was a lesbian, I didn't know how to explain myself, so I just said "Unfortunately I don't have a girlfriend" and he was very nice and supportive, which was lovely, so welcome to my new pride shirt!

I have been given 5 litres of strong cider by my cousins. My spouse doesn't drink and I'm a lightweight. At least I can't drive so the two glasses I'll drink a night won't affect my driving in the morning for the next month.

Had my ten year anniversary of work today, my boss sorted out a cake (with candles!) and my colleagues also brought in packs of cupcakes. Chocolate cake says it serves 16 but we are pretty sure it'll do 8 people nicely
