update: made it through the day. felt horrible until a sudden jolt of clarity out of nowhere. maybe its just the fact that ive been distracted because of work but i actually feel a bit. normal now. hopefully tomorrow will be better too

im still functioning which is good but Of Course all of this shit had to get worse right before one of the busiest work weeks of the year. but im promising myself that if it gets really bad tomorrow ill go home early. i have to give myself some grace

its definitely due to medication adjustments and health-OCD. but taking a bit of my mirtazapine has helped. gonna try to chill for the rest of the day
