The one that pisses me off most is "let's not boil the ocean" which is usually just jargon-speak for "I'm scared of change, so let's whittle this project down until it's basically nothing. That way I can keep working in the same old way."

It reeks of some uninformed, high-level stakeholder showing up to a random meeting halfway through the project and proclaiming a random new "requirement" that contradicts what came before, then demanding everyone just "make it work"
