In the same respect that the movie in question is (literally) about an insane white woman trying to murder "America" - embodied as a Latina teenager with multiversal-immigration powers - in order to recreate a fake suburban dream past that never existed... kinda 🤷♂️

‘Bury your gays’ was used to criticize when a show/film/book kills its only gay character, or kills gay characters more often than straight ones.
A show where 1/10 of the population died and the protagonist is a lesbian cannot, by definition, be a ‘bury your gays’.
