That is supposed to matter more than the perfect chair! And then getting into some core strengthening like pilates! Its all super hard though to build up habits.

Yeah I have a lot of the same problems, really cant stand much. In the end after trying a million chairs - my specialists convinced me that what the most important thing is sitting in something fairly comfy but changing positions or taking breaks every 30-60mins.

From a back comfort / adhd restlessness point of veiw - I have 2 different chairs and 2 different sofas to change between 🤪

Dont know about the chair, but if you have a sensitive lower back crossing your legs can put stress on it. Took a herniated disc for me to *almost* stop doing it.
