Sorry, I meant philosophically. Legally there is no defense imo. Terms of use and all. But if you reasonably BELIEVE or are induced to believe its confidential, there's some color to the argument.

But to be serious, even if they try and slap disclaimers on it that the LLM’s aren’t doctors or therapists, if the LLM goes and plays one on tv there is an interesting question.

Based on oral arguments so far, I have no idea how the conservatives on the court are viewing this outside Thomas and Alito. Gorsuch seems to openly disdain BOTH attorneys.

Personally I think those guards and the warden should be forcibly shaved and then given electrolysis to make their hair loss permanent and then receive lifetime bans from working in law enforcement/corrections.

I’m not ready to fire people but our offense is clearly not operating correctly. Defense is ravaged by injuries so they largely get a pass. If anything I think it’s on Beane for salary cap management/personnel.
