Dr. Kaifeng Yang won the Fred W. Riggs Award for Lifetime Scholarly Achievement in International and Comparative Administration. He is the Dean of SPAA at Rutgers–Newark, for his work in performance management, citizen engagement, public human resource management, and digital governance.
