1 gallon sauerkraut! Heat 6 cups water and 2 Tbsp salt until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Slice 2 thumbs ginger 2mm and wrap in cheesecloth, add to jar. Slice 1 very large cabbage 4mm and pack into jar. Add water and apply pressure. Bowl for overflow. Sorry I forgot to weigh veggies.
