Con of the Orc 5-April-2025! The top spike came out as an entangled odd couple with lots of extra lavender. The others are still opening and there is a third spike still in bud. Flowers are about 6” in diameter when fully open.

1 gallon sauerkraut! Heat 6 cups water and 2 Tbsp salt until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Slice 2 thumbs ginger 2mm and wrap in cheesecloth, add to jar. Slice 1 very large cabbage 4mm and pack into jar. Add water and apply pressure. Bowl for overflow. Sorry I forgot to weigh veggies.
