At least I'm spending these few weeks pre-spain on an outdoor vacation. It's keeping some of the progress while my food and beverage consumption is off the rails 🙃😵💫🙃😵💫 Just need that kick start and probably a kick in the pants

It's a slog... and then to have the stupid mind say there's no progress when I look in the mirror. I have to take pics just to convince myself it's working, even if it's slow. Keep at it. I've fallen away from lifting for the last 2 weeks so really need to pick it back up again too.
