My world has not been the same since I saw Wicked two days ago…I never thought a movie could have that profound of an impact but it was magical. I need to see it again soon

The Wicked movie more than exceeded my expectations. All the homage to the stage show with, in my opinion, improvements on the impact by Cynthia and Ariana…perfection. I need to go see it again. Just 10/10.

Got my hair done purple today. Really like how it turned out. Excited to see how it pops once the non-bleached areas are washed out

Now that Barcelona trip is over, I really need to get back into my fitness routine. Surely gained some of the weight back. Weigh in tomorrow morning to see what the new 2023 year end goal needs to be. Need a swift kick in the pants as well...

This is a nice way to wake up and do some morning emails. Finally recovered from the 18+ hour trip. The Mediterranean is beautiful. Sometimes my work has its perks.

🛫Off to Barcelona for a week 🛬. Three days of meetings and a few days of enjoyment. Should be fun but I really need a break after this, lol.

I won't ever share the pictures on social media as I'm not a trophy hunter and am cognizant of sensitivity, but I am a deer hunter for food. Successfully completed another safe and clean harvest. Wild meat in the freezer for another year and got to enjoy the outdoors for a week+.

Trip to Spain for work next week and then a couple days off after. I need to kick the fitness and nutrition into gear after that; I can feel myself slipping. Won't be where I want to by year end but at least I'll be ahead of where I was. Want to feel good about my body again.

Biometrics testing for work today. I guess I'm a 1/4" taller than I thought and only had a couple extra pounds after last week's eating even in clothes. Now to just be much farther next year. The next few weeks will be tough with vacation and Spain trip but back at it in late November

Been slacking a little bit in the gym lately. My mind tells me that there's no progress but pictures at least help a bit. I can see the belly slowly fading. This is -20 lb since June with some increased definition. Really need to kick it in to gear but at least it's moving. #fitness #progress

Finally feeling like the fall season. Cool crisp mornings with actual sunlight. I love it. But inevitably means winter is coming..
