I created a fusion dish tonight, which I'm dubbing /bacalhau à Brás canadense/, which the Portuguese would call a monstrosity, but which in my not-unbiased opinion improves upon the original by using more vegetables and ketchup chips in place of plain potato sticks

Made—and tried for the first time—dakbal (Korean spicy chicken feet) tonight. 4/10, sauce was delicious and almost melted my face off, but the feet were a lot more annoying to eat than I had anticipated.
