Funny that this framing came to me sitting at a café in Goa called “alag” which means ‘different’ in Hindi. Except it was the same.

Trying to flesh out a “CEO-accountant” archetype as opposed to “maker/builder”. Some large companies get filled with these at every level.
They want to weigh in on everything, even outside their area of specialty, want to bought-in and give go-aheads and are overly focused on downside protection.
