Definitely true, and it should be noted that giving people what they deserve is not always good politics. Actually executing them probably wouldn't have been a good idea, even though it is what they deserve (since interfering with elections like that is treason in the highest sense).

This is complicated by the fact that the calendar in Tamriel is the same as on earth and you can use the directions of shadows at noon on specific days to determine what direction mecca is in, so you could also try that.

I decided to look it up and, apparently, elephant meat (mammoths are elephants btw) is not considered halal by most Muslims scholars because they have fangs. Because, after all, what are tusks if not just, really big fangs?

One thing is that by concentrating development in smaller areas, mitigation becomes cheaper. A levee costs the same whether it is protecting some cornfields or if it is protecting a 10 million strong city.

Blocking a Democratic bill to pay the troops is the stupidest way to do it because now they don't even have a fig leaf when they claim that the Dems are responsible for the troops not getting paid.

Why should the voters have believed Democratic leadership rhetoric about Trump being a threat to democracy when so many of the leaders themselves clearly did not believe it?

I'm pretty sure that, legally speaking, JD Vance is acting president of the United States until the House decides the winner of the 2024 election (with Kamala being the only eligible candidate, but that doesn't stop the house from simply not voting for the president).

When used appropriately (eg, not massively overdosing on horse formulations; a typical dose for a human might be 12 mg, while a horse might get 100 mg) ivermectin has low toxicity. Also, I think you're underestimating just how bad a case of lice can get.

That's easy, you can just use ballast, leave the ballast behind wherever your destination is and you'll be able to sell most of the hydrogen while still making it back. Water, rocks, nuclear waste, just about anything would do as ballast.

That is true, but as remittances from the US increase American exports without increasing imports the net result is a reduction in the trade surplus and no change in the effective amount of demand in the US economy.

Whether or not an immigrant uses their money domestically or sends it home has no impact on aggregate demand, as that money is going to be spent one way or another.
