First it was 'may have seen his vehicle at the residence', then 'saw his vehicle at the residence', then 'may have seen him at the residence', then 'saw him leaving the residence', now we have 'exchanged gunfire with police BEFORE the murder'.
I know facts take time to come to light, but yikes.
