I think it's better for the environment. Less plastic. I accept that some regions tap water may not be up to standard, but people need to realise flouride is natural. It's everywhere in nature. I think when a message is repeated (flouride is bad), it is seen as a truth.

I can understand this sentiment. Having experienced a depressive episode, I find anxiety to be more debilitating. That feeling of being stuck in the future is terrifying. But the effects it has on your life are not appreciated. We need to highlight how destructive this illness is.
